As our Operations and Associate Director, Michelle is pivotal to the creation, development and project management of The Results Consultancy’s impressive and popular training, coaching and e-learning programmes and content. She also spearheads our business marketing and supports our pitches.

Michelle regularly trains and coaches teams and individual professionals on aspects of business development, marketing, thought leadership, content marketing and social media strategies.
She frequently advises on and gives hands-on support with the strategies and activities that raise a firm or fee-earner’s profile in a chosen market. This includes actively helping fee-earners and marketing teams target new clients and protect existing client relationships from competitors.
Career and professional highlights
Michelle previously held senior marketing and business development positions in well-known accountancy and consultancy firms. She has supported The Results Consultancy and our clients since 2008.
Michelle is a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has a strong track record in helping businesses win and retain high-value work. She has supported individual professionals in strengthening their personal brands, raising their profiles, and becoming the go-to experts in their fields. This has, in turn, helped many to progress to more senior roles in their careers.

An accomplished business writer, Michelle has authored numerous publications. This includes contributing to our book Riding out the Rollercoaster, and regularly co-authoring our Winning Business Digests.
