Design and Creative Director

Robert is a professional services design specialist who creates on-brand work for our client programmes, as well as our clients and their business development and learning and development teams.

Specialist areas

Robert designs a wide range of impressive communications for print and digital use. These include new business pitches and proposals, training documents, presentations, newsletters, team sheets, interactive pdf documents, and social media banners.

Robert supports clients both throughout the UK and internationally. In his work, he also designs highly visual and engaging placemats for business meetings, corporate literature, flyers, signage, event banners, corporate identity and logo applications. He is a master of PowerPoint and the go-to designer for various professional services teams.

Another aspect of working with Robert that clients value is his responsiveness and fast turnaround time.  He regularly helps his clients meet tough deadlines for critical projects and communications.

Career and professional highlights

Robert’s career includes a Creative Director role in an agency and being part of the design team at PWC.  In 2002, he founded Generation Pixel, a creative design agency.  He is also our Design and Creative Director and regularly supports The Results Consultancy colleagues and our clients with engaging visuals for our training programmes, learning resources, pitches and marketing.
