She has tremendous experience and an impressive track record in coaching individuals aspiring for senior positions, together with new lateral hires. Through her work, Nicola helps these professionals integrate successfully into their new roles and demonstrate a visible contribution to the business.

Career and professional highlights

Nicola has over 20 years of experience in senior Sales and Business Development roles. This included a time when she was Global Relationship Director and was responsible for developing global banking and finance clients, pitching for new business, and managing sales teams across Europe.

More recently, Nicola has worked at the board level for an international law firm, facilitating the implementation of its growth strategy.

To support her work as a coach, Nicola has a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and is University/ICF accredited. She is a Member of the National Institute of Psychotherapists and has also trained as a Mental Health First Aider.
