Business Development

Nicola is an experienced business development trainer, facilitator and accredited coach. With over 20 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development, including 10 years as a Global Account Manager for a FTSE 100 company (Thompson Reuters). Nicola has significant personal experience of developing global clients, pitching for new business, and managing sales teams across a number of countries.

More recently Nicola held a senior Business Development role at an international law firm (Taylor Wessing), working with senior legal professionals and their teams to build profitable client relationships. Nicola specialises in working with individuals on the ‘path to partnership’ together with new lateral hires, enabling them to integrate successfully into their new role and to demonstrate a visible contribution to the overall business.
