Rachael has over 25 years of business development and client development experience in the professional services gained from living and working in the UK, Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

She has a particular specialism in the legal sector and works with lawyers to help them build and sustain profitable practices and progress in their careers. She also supports BD teams in skills development.

Career and professional highlights

In her role at a global law firm, Rachael was Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer in Africa. She also spent time as a Director of Client Development, EMEA and Director of Business Development& Pursuits, EMEA.
