An occupational psychologist, Dan has worked and consulted extensively in the legal and wider professional services sectors. He was also a co-author of one of our leadership-focused Winning Business Digests: Download: 8 ways to lead from the front in professional services… and bring your team with you to get a flavour of his style and practical insights.

Dan is currently working on another thought leadership paper, which tackles the topic of Developing a High Performance Culture. It is based on his research into what effective organisations are currently doing in this very topical area.
